Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing Design & Construct tenders Developing cost plans and refining D&C pricing Measuring and pricing builder’s quantities Overseeing the tender process and managing documentation Sourcing and evaluating quotes from subcontractors and suppliers Strengthening client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups The Builder This well-established Tier 3 contractor is known for its progressive and client-focused approach, boasting an 80% repeat client base.
